1. What types of couches do you sell?
We specialize in quality sectionals, including modern, mid-century, and contemporary styles. Most are gently used, professionally cleaned, and refurbished to look and feel like new.

2. Are your couches cleaned and sanitized?
Yes. Every couch is deep-cleaned with professional-grade equipment and sanitized before it’s listed for sale.

3. Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery is sometimes included during sales—check our latest promotion or ask when inquiring. We deliver anywhere in Florida.

4. Can I come in and browse your inventory?
We operate by appointment only. This ensures you get one-on-one time to test out pieces without pressure. You can schedule your time to view inventory by clicking “Appointments” at the top of this page.

5. Do you accept trade-ins or buy used couches?
Yes, we buy used sectionals in good condition. Send us photos and details for a quick quote. We also will remove your old couch for a small fee if we are not interested in buying it.

6. Can I hold a couch I’m interested in?
Yes, we can hold a couch for a deposit. We require half down for the deposit, then paid in full in 2 weeks. Anything outside of 2 weeks would need to be paid in full. You would receive an invoice and receipt for confirmation and your records.

7. Do you refurbish couches for customers or only resell?
Primarily we restore for resale, but we also offer professional couch cleaning services. Request an in-home couch cleaning appointment under “Services” at the top of this page.

8. Can I request a couch if I don’t find what I want currently available in your stock?Yes, you can submit a request for us to source your perfect couch for you. Submit your request under “Services” at the top of this page.

9. Are there warranties or return options?
All sales are final. Each piece is inspected and tested before listing, and we encourage customers to see it in person before buying. We require that you sign a form that acknowledges your inspection of the couch upon delivery or pick-up to protect us and you. Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the original purchase.

10. Can I offer a price different than what I see on the website? Yes, we will work with you to find a price that works for both of us. Although we won’t accept low-ball offers, we believe in pricing our couches affordably, and price them based on their condition and original price new. Most of our couches cost more than $2,000 brand new and we sell for a fraction of the price, making our like-new refurbished couches already a fantastic value.
